Forbes Family Farm

Utah! Not too far from Salt Lake City is a 400 acre farm in a valley with ancient cliffs on all sides. We found this little spot through a program called Harvest Host. Harvest Host connects campers with farms, wineries, breweries and special places that allow a camper to stay for a night. It is a marketing tool

for these locations. They have been some of our most favorite places to stay. The Forbes Farm has about 50 acres of farmland with the home, guest house and a few barns. We stayed there on the way to Oregon in May and took the girls back in July. We camped right by a creek looking at cliffs and the families fields. It is beautiful! The family is precious as they raise their 3 kids and farm the land. They are foodies and we bought a big basket of food both times. in July, we bought a duck, lots of veggies, eggs and two chickens. We will be back there! That night in July, we sat outside and saw a shooting star show and had an amazing view of the neowise comet. It was perfect.
