We are hanging around New England for another week so we can see Anna in Ithaca, NY. New Hampshire caught our attention on the way to Boston. The White Mountains are beautiful. A nice lady at a visitors center suggested a campground in Camp to n at the base of the mountains. Many campgrounds are closed for the season.
This left photo is the view from our camp. The bridge built in 1870’s. The campground has 600 acres and is along the Pemigawasset River. The picture on the right is a small grove of birch trees through which the trail around the property runs. We explored the first afternoon. Brooks Branch Campground probably is crazy busy in the summer but was very quiet this week. Very nice spot!
