We are headed to Oregon, May 22. As we were picking up our trailer, we had many problems. As if the gods were telling us not to go. We over came and off we went. 1st night Wichita, KS Cabelas. They are awesome and an easy over night. 2nd night was Greeley, CO RV park(not great).
3rd night.. WOW! Harvest Host again is amazing. Forbes Family Farm in Utah. Just lovely! Steve and Emily went to school at Denver University and worked in Denver for 16 years. Now they are raising their 3 kids on a beautiful farm. Raising their own food and selling some as well. The pull out across from their hay field had amazing views and Sheep Creek running as a background song. We bought vegetables and jam the next morning; beets, chard, garlic, chives, lettuce, radish, turnips, duck and turkey eggs. What a feast! Just splendid all around.
