So... we woke up to rain and it looked like it would be bouncing back and forth between mountains. We had a nice slow morning and decided to gear up and ride to Lake Louis. It was raining for 90% of the day. We rode 12 miles total and hiked 4 m. We biked on the tram line trail to beautiful and crowded Lake Louise, basically 6m straight up. Awesome trail! Then we hiked to Lake Agnes and had chai and hot chocolate. It was rainy, cold and a 2000 feet elevation change. We were out about 6 hours and are glad to be back to camp, all our gear is wet and muddy but it was a great day.
